“Yes, I guess communication skills are probably the most important skill. I think being able to interpret the financial statement is important and it is more important to be able to communicate with the top effectively. They will do a lot of capital planning as well. The project will have lots of people involved. Part of the success is just being able to communicate well with all the different people involved. All different kinds of things…sit in the middle and people talk to each other as well”.
