Reaching production targets is very important for everyone in a workplace. For you as the employee there are resources like planning sheets and daily performance sheets. A team leader also has many resources that he or she can be use to help to reach production targets e.g. hourly sheets, a computer, and attendance records.

A full list of resources available in a workplace are:

Support staff (e.g. office staff, maintenance people)
Management (e.g. other team leaders and supervisors)
A computer (e.g. can be used to keep records of the targets and if they have been met)
Daily Performance sheets (e.g. sheets that list the performance that day)
Attendance Records (e.g. sheets that record how many people are absent on that day)
Performance Graphs (e.g. graphs in pie charts or bar graphs showing production volumes)
A diary (e.g. this is a daily record of what has been happening written in an exercise book)
Planning sheets (e.g. sheets with the plans on for the next day or next week)
Equipment (e.g. cutting machines)
Hourly sheets (e.g. sheets with the production volumes hour by hour)
