When you get people from different ethnic backgrounds working together you have a multicultural team. Some multicultural teams work very well together. Others may not work together because of some differences.
If the goals of the team are clearly identified, it is easier for the team to work together. If there is open communication between groups, then it is also easier for a multicultural team to work together.
