Work Performance Policy
Top performance is expected from all staff at all times.

Job Standards
The standard of work performance required of all staff is high. The standard expected from you in your position will be explained to you by your Manager. Unsatisfactory performance of your duties includes incompetence and negligence.

Procedure
Expected standards of performance are provided when you first join the Company and are then constantly confirmed throughout your employment. This takes place through:

  1. Formal and informal discussion with your Manager
  2. At the Performance Appraisals
  3. At any Disciplinary Meeting you may be required to attend.

If you are unsure about the standards of work performance required of you, ask your Team Manager or Manager.
