POLICY ON FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

All staff are to follow the legitimate instructions given to them by authorized people

JOB STANDARDS

All staff must carry out instructions given by a person authorized to give such instructions. However, no staff member will be required to do anything which might endanger any employee. Employees must apply themselves to work during working hours, and must not undertake other activities without the prior approval their Manager.

PROCEDURE

Instructions may be issued to you by your Manager through one to one discussion, in Departmental briefing sessions, or via staff notices
