1.1 Asking Questions
When you register, you will be able to email questions about learning English.
The teacher/tutor/mentor will respond by email to your emails on the topics such as Learning English, Western Customs and Culture, English for Finding a Job in an English-speaking workplace/country, Workplace English, and General English.
The teacher/tutor/mentor will try to provide useful advice on these topics. The teacher/tutor/mentor will try to answer your emails within 72 hours of receipt.
1.2 Goals of the Site
To improve your English Language Skills in Vocabulary, Reading, and Culture based around these content areas:
1. Job Search English
2. Workplace English
3. Business English
4. Retail English
5. Hotel English
6. Health English
7. Technical English
8. Global English
1.3 Resources
Registered users may access all the resources on the site, including articles, quizzes, jokes, phrases, and newsletters. The readings, articles, and quizzes are at three English language levels: Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced. That is Elementary (Level 1), Intermediate (Level 2), Advanced (Level 3) and Elementary (1,000-word list), Intermediate (2,000 word list), Advanced (3,000 – 5,000 word list). 2.0 Registered User’s responsibilities
2.1 Registered Users
To become a registered user of JEO, you need to supply us with your email address, name, and home country. We ask for this information to help us verify who you are in case you forget your password. We also ask this in order to collect demographic info to assist in developing the site.
A registered user does not pay any money to use this site (launched on August 1, 2020). If we do in time charge to access the site, then 2.2 will be enacted.
2.2 Security of Credit card information
Where registered users pay fees, you need to supply us with credit card information. This information is encrypted on a secure server via PayPal. Please note that when you visit this site, you are subject to their privacy policies and practices.

Registered users agree not to display objectionable material in emails and/or question posted.
